You can get in trouble if someone knows that you have it, let alone if you watched it. Nobody else needs to know about it, and they REALLY don't need to know how old you were when it was made. yeah, some of the laws these days are crazy Like how once a guy turns x, he can be prosecuted for doing the same things with his x yo gf that were legal when he was x... I know that shit is fucked up there was a date line special about a guy who had to serve several yrs because somebody decided to prosecute. i think they were already engaged or had a child on the way. It made things really rough. And then he had to register as a sex offender.

*facepalm* As long as it is the two of you, and no other person is detectable on camera or behind the scenes, you are fine if you are watching yourselves. Yes, if the tape gets out of your personal possession, it is then considered child pornography. This includes you releasing said video or uploading to a website for storage.
